How Do I Choose The Right Size?
You’ll find a Size & Fit guide on each relevant product page, including garment measurements and UK/EU size guidance.
We recommend checking the individual product guide before ordering, as fit can vary between styles.
What Happens If My Size Is Out of Stock?
Selected DEOXY products can still be ordered while temporarily out of stock. These items are normally restocked and dispatched within 7-10 working days.
When an eligible item is only available on backorder, we’ll make this clear before you add it to your basket — we’ll also include a complimentary DEOXY mystery gift as a thankyou for waiting.
How Will I Know When My Order Has Been Dispatched?
We’ll send you an email once your order has been processed and dispatched, together with any available tracking information.
You can also view your orders through your DEOXY customer account.
Can I Return An Item?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you wish to cancel or return it, followed by a further 14 days to send the goods back.
Items should be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition with tags attached. Full details are available on our Returns page.
Can I Exchange For Another Size Or Colour?
If you need a different size or colour, the simplest option is normally to return the original item in accordance with our Returns Policy and place a new order for the replacement.
This also avoids the replacement selling out while your return is in transit.

Use the account icon on the DEOXY website to sign in to your customer account.
From there you can view your order history and current order information securely through account.deoxy.co.uk.
